Some days it’s hard to avoid eating on the run, I have definitely mastered the art of balancing toast on one knee as I reverse out of the driveway ( driving while eating has been proven to be as dangerous as texting while driving!) However if you often eat without true awareness, you are missing out on a wonderful opportunity to stop, take a breath and focus on eating with the intention of fully nourishing yourself.

Our food is supposed to nourish us not only on a nutritional level but on an emotional, communal and spiritual level too.
